A little about Tom...
Tom has always loved to cook outdoors for large groups of people. Working as a river guide in Alaska, he honed his skills cooking over open fires in all types of weather. He started cooking paella about 10 years ago for friends and family on the beaches of Tomales Bay and over time Paella del Reyes was founded.
